A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
A:Stick with protective film and wrapped with pearl foam/kraftpaper outside or as customer's requests.Additional charge for wooden boxes packing.
A:When receiving or picking up the goods, please first check the list and the items. lf you find any shortage or damage of the materials,please contact the corresponding customer service department before signing for the delivery and explain the situation.Additionally,a third party(logistics/express delivery personnel or truck driver)should be involved to assist in handling this matter.
