After extrusion, each profile is carefully cooled and cut to length, then subjected to a detailed dimensional check. Our technicians use digital calipers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and gauges to verify that every profile matches the customer’s specifications. This step is critical, as even minor dimensional errors can lead to assembly issues, poor fit, or reduced performance.

3. Surface Treatment: Durability and Aesthetics Combined

A high-quality surface finish is essential for both the appearance and longevity of aluminum windows. Our multi-step surface treatment process ensures that every profile is protected against corrosion, fading, and wear.
